Mr. Shanks leads all business development initiatives, which include sales strategy and alliance relationship development. Shanks has more than twenty years of progressive business experience including programming and analysis, data center operations, IT management, sales and sales management, business management, solutions and consulting.

Prior to joining edeagroup, Shanks was with Whittman-Hart, now MarchFIRST, building both a strategy team and business development function. Previously, Mr. Shanks also provided method and strategy for business transformation within Source Services Corporation and was a Business Development Executive with EDS at their world headquarters in Plano, TX.
