Richard Dupont manages all
corporate finance, operations, and investor relations, and has extensive
experience with large publicly held firms in the IT/e-commerce services
industry. Prior to joining edeagroup, Dupont was CFO with kforce.com.
As CFO, he successfully directed all financial management, including budgeting,
SEC filings, cash management, collections, forecasting, tax planning and
research, banking relations and financial analysis and modeling. Before
joining kforce.com, Dupont was with Source Services Corporation for 9
years where he was Vice President of Finance and Administration, and was
responsible for directing all aspects of financial management along with
investor relations. He positioned the company to go public in 1996, improving
its operational efficiency, strengthening infrastructure, and expanding
service offerings. Dupont directed the IPO process including selection
of investment bankers, coordination of IPO team, and presentations to
potential investors. |
